Amber Maslen

I'm Amber, and I live in Aberfeldy. I'm a full-time athlete in kayak slalom, and I also work as a marketing director. My partner and I set up 286 West Photography earlier in 2020, and I was delighted to start volunteering as part of the RYP Digital Village. As a small business entrepreneur, I feel as though there are far more opportunities for young people than are immediately apparent in rural areas. So I think this initiative is incredibly important for people who are thinking of starting businesses, who want opportunities to create a business environment that is sustainable both for themselves and for the planet.
